Brian Daley is a construction professional with over 35 years experience in based building construction and restoration.  For the last 21 years, he has served in a variety of project management, estimating/business development and senior management positions with nationally-recognized and award winning restoration contractor C.A. Lindman.  Daley is currently Southern Region manager of CA Lindman’s Miami-area branch office.  

Daley has been active in the International Concrete Repair Institute through his entire career in the restoration industry, as a member of five different local chapters.  He served on the ICRI national Board of Directors and Executive Committee for nine years including a term as president of ICRI in 2017.  Daley has chaired numerous national ICRI committees and currently serves on the Conventions Committee and the Education Committee.  

Originally from Bryn Mawr, PA, Daley graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.  He is an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens, golfs infrequently and plays blues harmonica for very select audiences.

His current project work is focused on historic preservation and structural diagnostics related to the forensic evaluation of existing buildings.  Steve is a graduate of Texas A&M University and continues to be involved currently serving as a member of the Advisory Council for the College of Engineering and the Department of Architectural Engineering. Steve has been named an honorary member of the Texas Society of Architects and the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and a Distinguished Graduate of the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M.
