Monica Rourke is the Regional Manager for Waterproofing and Injection Systems for Mapei UTT. She has over 25 years of experience in concrete waterproofing and leak repair.  She has worked as a contractor, consultant, and manufacturer’s representative both on new construction and repair of underground structures.

Monica is a Fellow and past National President of the ICRI. She has served 2 terms as Chapter President, Chair of the Certification Committee, 2 terms on ICRI Technical Activities Committee and co-founded the Women in ICRI.

Monica is currently chair of the 710.e Grouting Committee and co-authored the original ICRI Technical Guide for the Selection of Grouts to Control Leakage in Concrete Structures”  She is a member American Shotcrete Associate, DFI – Deep Foundation Institute and the FHWA Transportation Research Board’s committee on Tunnels and Infrastructures. Monica has published papers and written articles for several industry trade magazines and is often a sought-after speaker on crack injection and grouting technology.
